Travel Zap

Travel Zap is an online platform that “makes complex group travel easy.” Their app supports group travel for reunions, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, and corporate retreats (primarily beach destinations). 

We worked with Travel Zap to design a new logo and visual identity that 1) appeals to their broad audience, 2) conveys their authority in the group travel booking space, 3) is clean and modern, and 4) is approachable, friendly, and fun.

The new logo gives subtle superhero vibes (think of the comic boom shape with “Bam!” or “Kapow!” on top), but with a more sophisticated take.  This combination of a bolt and a “Z” forms a fun mark that brings you confidence this platform can make your travels quick and easy.

In every design decision, we kept in mind the primary use would be for their new app. Every part of the visual identity, including the color palette and typography, were carefully designed to meet web accessibility guidelines.
